Every unit is manufactured in line with international oilfield equipment standards (API 7K) and is subject to strict inspection procedures to guarantee safety and performance. The drum is precision-grooved to ensure smooth spooling of the drilling line, while the low speed and high speed ends of the shaft are equipped with ventilated pneumatic clutches for efficient torque transmission.
A water-cooled brake rim, treated with medium frequency induction hardening, offers extended durability and stable braking performance under continuous heavy-duty cycles. Transmission sprockets also undergo surface hardening to resist wear, further enhancing reliability during prolonged operation. These features enable the drawworks to meet the demanding requirements of deep drilling and high-load hoisting operations.
